Legislation to eliminate “Resort Fees” has been introduced in Congress. About time, but will anything come of it. I wrote a letter to the FTC about a month ago summing up a booking in LV where the resort fees were actually greater than the room rate by about 50%. Fortunately I noticed it before I completed the booking, but WOW!
