Well, no, we can't. That's probably the biggest myth in the world of gambling. Most newbies have to unlearn that one. Very few casino executives know as much about video poker and slot club benefits as well as the average member of this forum. Strange, but, in my extensive experience, true.

I will accept your statement. In fact when I posted that, I tried
various ways of rephrasing that. One of them was - We would have to
assume that.

But the question is why?

I have often observed situations in casinos that appear counter-
productive to the casono ethic; long lines for example. The buffett
line at Resorts is almost an hour long. If they were to pack lunch
boxes with selected items and offer it to the people standing in
line, most would take it and go away, and be back in the casino in a
few minutes.

Why is the Casino management negligent in having inefficient staff?
Are all the casinos that way? Do you see any that are doing better in
this regard?

Many a time I wondered why a Casino executive doesn't jump into the
discussion here and clarify a situation or correct a statement. Or
why Harrah's doesn't make it simple how Bonus points are awarded. If
they reward customers for certain behaviour, they would only
encourage them in that behaviour if it is made clear as to what that
behaviour is!

My opinion was that there is too much margin in the gaming industry
that it tends to be inefficient. But that clearly can't be, in these
days. So, I give up.
