NO!
I will only play at casinos in Nevada(I trust the regulation) and even then I am picky about which ones. The odds generally better and so are the comps. Even if you have to pay, the costs for food and lodging are some of the best deals in the USA. Nevada is the only place I have ever been on vacation and been able to come home with more money than I left with.
