Does anyone know when the new Rental Car Complex is due to open?
Also how longer after it opens will the car rental companies keep
charging the $3.00 fee to pay for the complex?

The Hertz shuttle driver stated that the Rental Car Complex is scheduled to open in late October or early November 2006.
