Can somebody explain to me how the Siena 4 of a kind bonus promo works. I have not played there in 2 years, do I need special coupons to cash in on the
quad bonus or can I get them for the asking at the players club desk ?

To obtain the Siena four of a kind bonus all you need
do is turn on your service light. An attendant will
write you out a payment coupon based on your
denomination of play. Must be maximum coin in & have
the Siena players card inserted. James
