Reno mid November report

If anyone's been considering a trip to Reno, I've posted a lengthy trip
report on the VPFree Reno group.

Here's my executive summary on Reno:
Reno continues to be a very nice alternative to Vegas. The airport
hassles are a mere fraction of what must be dealt with in LV, road
traffic is minimal and the people are generally quite a bit
friendlier. The VP blows away what's available at most high-end LV
joints, and the money that can be earned on table games play compared
to LV is laughable. Try finding a playable single deck game in LV
these days. Hahaha. No, there's no cashback for VP players, but the
bounceback is high enough at the joints where I play (SLegacy and
Peppermill) that it makes it a wash. Comps are as good as in LV (if
not better), rooms are decent and food is acceptable. The better VP is
puuuure profit. If you haven't been to Reno lately, do yourself a
favor and give it some consideration.

Hi Fellow Reno Booster,

I throughly enjoyed your TR, and posted a longer reply on the Reno
site.

Thanks for sharing!

May i add the Atlantis is an excelent choice as well.

As for offers I have recieved now 12 free room nites (could not use
them all)& $400 BB.
I have 4 free nites & $400 waiting for me from the Pepp, but i dont
drive in snow, & my first trip to the casino was this year!!!

Go to vpfree-reno & read the TR's posted . We all do excellent
reports over there, good info like the garlic fries & fried
mozzeralla at Atlantis, the bread pudding at the buffet at the Pepp ,
worlds best pan roast's at the SL & some VP also is discussed on
occasion, ; )

Thanks for your timely report as I have never been to Reno. Am considering a trip in Feb to the Peppermill. Will probably give it a try. Just got back from the Fremont Casino in Vegas and was very disappointed by their attitudes. If they have less business it may be better in the future but that will not include me.
