It is still early, but I am not too sure the change of ownership is
going to be good for gamblers. The thrust now is to sell the condo
conversion. I talked to someone that stayed there, and they said the
sales people were very aggressive to sell-sell-sell. I have noticed
that room rates are now just about double before the ownership
change. The new owners want to make it into a convention center/hotel
condo resort. They also want to lease out the casino-not a good sign.
