Reno downgrades

Similar thing happened when Atlantis went "public". We now know what we
have in our acct but play now earns less than it did before & that applies to
both comps & tier level. The good thing for Peppermill out-of-town
customers is that rooms really are free depending on your offers. After speaking
to the locals, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some future adjustment to
get back some of the local business. Right now the system is encouraging
them to shop other casinos for which has the best "meal" ticket & comp
rates. We out-of-towners take it for granted that the locals know their own
casinos but it's surprising how many locals have only been to a few & it's
primarily for dining.

I found comp rates from .01% (yes that's right)to .23% (max) depending on
machine type, schedule, and denomination. Surprisingly it's the multi-line
(higher action) that has the lower rates and I think an element of time,
base denomination, and won-loss (per machine) are also factors. Pay
schedules largely remain intact and my analysis focused on JOB, NSUD, and SDB.
Point rates per coin are also greatly increased and parallel comp rates.
