Just returned from a weeks fishing trip in the Reno area and found changes at about 7 different casinos. Here are some of them, Carson Valley Inn no longer has anything playable; The 9/6 JB are now 8/5. J.A. Nugget has moved its 10/6 DDB from the door to the parking garage to just right of the cashier. Fandango could not find the full pay DW at the .5 X 20. Eldorado could not find the Bonus Delux in front of player club and Virgina st. Grand Sierra MIA 4 full pay by Buffet, and also missing is the full pay JB Progressive labled Joker Poker. Best games are now at the bar next to Buffet enterance. Topaz now has 6 full pay 9/6 JB at the $1 level. I did not write down all but this is what I could remember. It does not look like the monitors are keeping up to date like in Vegas. I hope this will help some of you for a trip to the Reno area. Good Luck Surf Mike

I am the monitor for the Carson Valley Inn, and those 9/6 Jacks were there less than a month ago. I hope to make a trip in the next few days and I will check it out. I hope you are incorrect about the Jacks, as I had a good thing going with them. I used to be the monitor for the Topaz Lodge but gave up as they had nothing to play after they took out the full pay pick'em. I may have to give them another chance. Things change rapidly, don't they?

This is my point, here this change was made a year ago and no one updated it until I did and I am not a local.

You may have taken my post wrong, I am not putting you down I am just stating that it takes weeks, months or longer for the Reno casinos to get updated. In Vegas it just a mater of a few days.

EDIT:
ACTUALLY, they moved them BACK just this weekend, and they also removed their 10/7 DB; but they'll be back (they're laying a new tile walkway right through where they were located)

I got a chance to check out the Carson Valley Inn, and the 9/6 Jacks are still in the same spot. There are other 8/5 Jacks in the casino, but this bank near the coffee shop has a small sticker that states they do not qualify for multiplier days.
I will update the database when the system is back up.
I also had a chance to stop in downtown Carson City and it is amazing all the old vp machines in the Nugget. I went across the street to Cactus Jacks and found some full pay pick'em and the same at the Horseshoe. I am surprised those two little places are still going.

As of 4/24/11, the DW was still at Fandango on the Cabaret Bar bartops. Look for the label on the card reader about not being eligible for point multipliers.
