Well probably back then they still had "Flip-It" machines both in quarters
and dollars.

Also, the Regency does serve a pretty good purpose. It is where the Harrahs
shuttle bus drops folks off every half hour 10a-6p. They usually have "the
game" on downstairs too, and have some beers you can't get anywhere else on the
river. So it has economic utility in some eyes. New Game kings in the
bartops, but just 99% or less VP and no slot club.
