I know that several casinos let you redeem points for airline tix (e.g., Stations, Harrahs). Does anyone know if you can get the tickets in someone else's name? If so, is there a secondary market for these tickets -- and does anyone know the "going rate" (e.g., the point holder is given say 75% of the face value in cash)?
I'm curious.
