Redeeming Coupons

I have coupons from American Casino Guide and LVA. In redeeming coupons, is
it really necessary to clip them on the spot in front of a casino employee?

I just went on a "coupon run" in Vegas, using both the LVA & ACG coupons. You can now cut the coupons out of the ACG as long as you have the little membership card with you. It's in the book also and you cut it out.

As far as the LVA, I took the book along with me, but no one cared about watching me tear out the coupons. I think I would have been just fine to tear them out ahead of time. I guess if you want to be completely safe, though, you might want to take the book with you. It's small enough so it's not too much trouble.
