I have just returned from two weeks in Vegas and had a grand time. I´ll try to post a trip report later. For now just three observations:
At the Red Rock Sportsbook bar the 25c 8/5 BP progressive bartops have been downgraded to 6/5. The $1 BP progressive mentioned in the database seems to be gone. The database also mentions 3 machines with a $1 9/6 DDB progressive. These have also been downgraded (I think to 7/5, although I may misremember as that seems a little excessive). I couldn´t check all machines as people were playing.
The Venetian has a 25c 9/5 DDB progressive which was actually in positive territory when I was there. I don´t see it mentioned in the database or is that because the base paytable is too dreadful? Unfortunately I don´t remember where it´s located. There were 10 slant tops.
At Wynn I wanted to get a brunch buffet for the next morning as I had accumulated more than 750 points. I was refused a line pass, so I passed on the buffet as there had been a three hour waiting line that day. However I tried again in the morning and was granted the line pass. So apparently you might benefit from asking a different boothling if you are refused the first time.
