Red Rock speeds up some

I played for 4 hours at RR this afternoon on the optiplay machines by
the poker room. I noticed that some of the games has the speed
adjustment radial buttons enabled once again. which is lucky for me
because I lost my green haired troll doll which is the fastest one I
got.

I played on another bank by the West Entrance (I believe). No buttons,
but very fast. A pro should have no problem generating 1200 hands/hr.

I played at RR for the first time on Monday at the Optimum plays near
Fatburger. All of the machines on that rack were set to warp speed
(fastest possible). I hate that. Asked a tech to enable the button
that allows the customer to choose the speed - he said they were
instructed not to do that. Then I asked if he could/would slow the
machine down, to which he obliged. Later I moved to the rack by the
Oyster bar. Those machines were set to the speed the tech had
adjusted the other machine to earlier. I wonder why some of the
machines have the speed adjustment enabled and others don't. I didn't
play the rack near the poker room... I'll have to check it out next
time. Thanks for the info.

I wish they enabled the speed control on all vp machines. If that
can't happen then I hope the machine I sit at is set to FAST. It
only deals the cards fast and pays off fast. The person can take
all day to decide how to play the hand after its dealt. When its
set real slow...I get bored and my mind starts wondering. Not good
for playing.
