ALL promo chips I've seen must be 'washed' at the tables for real
chips. They are non negotiable and have no cash value.

The more important question is if these chips play til they lose or if
they are taken after the initial wager (win or lose). If they play
until they lose they're worth their face value minus the inherent
negative EV of the table game you're playing. If they're taken, win or
lose, then the value is only about 50% of their face.

Another factor to consider is the denomination of the promo chips. Do they
let you have table minimum values or are you stuck with higher demoninations?
For your $100 promo they might just give you one black $100 chip instead of 4
green or 20 red.

Also something to examine is can you use the promo chips to double down/split
on BJ or take odds with them on Craps. Probably not, but can you use your
own money to do these things as the next best alternative.

Each casino can have their own quirks.

**************
Get the scoop on last

With promo chips :
Put a black promo chip on the pass line
Put your own black chip on the don't

so long as the first roll isnt 12 6&6
you have effectively turned it to cash right?

or bet both player and bank in bacc
if bank wins it costs you 5%
if player wins costs you nothing
you may need a partner on this one though , some clubs wont lett you
bet both player and banker at the same time
