Not sure if they have reappeared, but the last time I was there at Red Rock, which was about a month ago, I was unable to the locate the following 2 banks of 99.8% machines:
(8) in front of Panda Express
(4) between slot club and sports book bar
The other 2 banks of (14) and (4) machines were as published.

Was just there on Wednesday and they are all accounted for. The 8 in front of Panda Express are not labeled as 99.8. They look like a regular blue game king, just behind the progressive. The other four are by the cigarette machine and have the purple “99.8” banner on them.
