Any idea whether this move is part of a general housecleaning? Did anyone else leave voluntarily or otherwise? Or is this an isolated incident?

It doesn't matter who you get at RR,the hosts have had their knees cut out from them, good luck getting a discretionary comp as a slot customer. Not only is Manny gone, so is Rebecca Rosenberg and Martin and "Q"- they were all read the riot act recently, produce or perish, but they can't comp anyone, so they will all be gone soon except RJ and Rob Murray because they are juiced in with Kevin Kelly.

RJ, Robbie and another host Matt Sacca are senior enough to comp you, but they won't - they are table game guys and they want players with six digit lines, not video poker players trying to squeeze them for every dime. Not to mention there is a lot of pressure even on them to get machine players to use all their points. By the way if Manny was your host and gave you those huge suites, forget it - you will now be in a standard room.

I continue to receive mailings from both Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch for a suite and generous free play. Just received these offers within the last 10 days, good through September. We play VP and are not high rollers by any stretch of the imagination. I live on the East Coast and the last 2 years only get to LV twice a year. From all the negative news about Station Casinos, I've ben waiting for these offers to dry up, but so far so good!

I just booked an offer from Red Rock for 2 free days and $125 in free play in Sept. When I leave there, I'm going to Aliante for 3 free days. These were mailings I received. (And don't even really qualify for, based on my play) Does anyone know if Station Casino's defaulted or not on the Huge bank payment due last Friday?

I may book some backup rooms at Harrahs or Boyd.

It doesn't matter if they defaulted or not from a customer perspective, even if bankrupt, business continues as normal it won't be a liquadation, the debt holders become stockholders - that is it, management may change which could be better or worse. -Aliante is a ghost town, they welcome any player with a pulse. Nice property like a mini Red Rock. Just be careful in the parking areas at night, the surrounding area not as nice as RR.
