May I ask how much coin-in you usually give them? We get room comps from host, but no RFB and we are quarter/dollar players too, so I was just wondering how much more we would have to play, since I understand from someone else out of towners can still get discretionary comps when points are used.
At my last September stay at RR everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly. Only two complaints: very slow drink service at night, not waitress´ fault as they were very understaffed it seemed. And the room we had seemed to have paper thin walls. Our neighbour enjoyed listening to music at 4 am. We did not. Our other neighbour was ill. We could hear every cough and sneeze. Besides that, I have to join in the praise for T-Bones. Excellent steakhouse. We ate there twice.
I did have a bad experience at Sunset however. I phoned them to postpone our reservation (comped stay for two nights) by one day. They said no problem. When we got there, the reservation had not changed, nothing was noted about my call in the computer and the woman at check in refused to do anything about it even though I gave her the name of the person who I spoke to on the phone. Consulting with host did not help. We had to pay casino rate for the ``extra`` night as she called it. Probably our last stay at Sunset. Shame, coz they have the best beds in Vegas!
