The only game that I play really well is Deuces Wild poker but I'm thinking that FPDW games are becoming less and less available. Would you all suggest learning another game and if so which one would you recommend that would be easily found in Nevada casinos?

Seems to me there are a fair number of Not So Ugly Deuces machines left in LV. The strategy changes would be a minor learning curve for you.
