This Fall I will be making my first trip back to LV after being away for almost 2 years. I have player's cards for almost every casino in LV but was wondering if the properties will consider me 'new' for their new member promotions. I would love to be able to take advantage of them.

I doubt it. When Harrah's had their promotion for $100 rebate if you lost that much, they dug up my Harrah's Laughlin info from ten years before. Two years is nothing. You might get new promotions from places that have changed ownership like the Trop or LVH, but places that have been the same for a while aren't going to give you much!

The Riv promo is open to players who have been "non-active" for at least 24
months. LVH is the same casino, just different hotel name so that won't
help. Trop just depends how long ago. I did qualify there after a long
absence even tho I had an old card. They couldn't find it in their system
and I had moved, etc.

Scot

I was rejected for the Palms promo despite the management change and 3 years of inactivity. Regarding the Trop, it's hard to tell. I was OK'd and my girlfriend was denied, despite both of us having 3 years of inactivity.
