I have done some research in taxcourt.gov and could not find any cases that
deal with Sessions one way or the other or 1099s from gambling related
drawings/tournaments. If you can provide me with a specific name of case or link,
please send me email privately. You would think such cases would exist, but
I couldn't find anything in my own research on taxcourt and IRS sites that
specifically deal with either question.
