re Harrahs Passport promotion

I've learned that definitely if you get the special Midwest Harrahs
"passport" - you pick up the free play after Sept. at the casino listed on the
passport; or if no casino is listed (as is the case with some of them), you go
to your Midwest primary property - apparently the Midwest property listed
among those in the brochure where you play the most. I have no idea what
happens if you have only been to several 1 times each!!

The promo is a bit complicated, and even the Total Rewards people are
confused, but the above info comes from someone who checked with corporate who
double checked.

Also those airfare reimbursement coupons can be used only once each. The
TR department should take away the coupon if you use it. (A friend went to
New Orleans and they handed him back the coupon and said it could be used
at several properties within the month, but this was wrong, and presumably
will be eventually corrected.)

Different people have received different passports with different amounts
of $ and airfare. Mine says you need to play 2 hours to get the airfare
reimbursed, and I assume that is the same for all.

This seems like a good promotion, even if a bit confusing. As a result I
will be visiting a couple of midwestern casinos I had never gone to before.

I don't know exactly when the free play has to be redeemed - does anyone
have this info? I'm guessing the free play coupons will be good for a month
or two, so you can arrange a trip back to your main midwestern property to
redeem them.
