Instead of calling it FP (full pay), we should call it BAP (Best Available
Paytable). I think some casinos are confused by seeing 9/6 FP - as though
those machines were over 100% payouts, when really they payout less than
100% even with perfect strategy (and perfect strategy is something only a
handful of players like Bob Dancer can even do).

So let's change the nominclature to BAP!!

Not to disagree with your main point, but regarding perfect play, I would hope it's more than a "handful". If a player cannot or will not study enough to get this "easy" game right, then one is not very serious about video poker. Just for the sheer challenge I would think it would be fun to most people to learn 9/6JoB perfectly. It's not that difficult. Other games, (flush-5 for instance) is a different story.
