First time visitor here, and I see that the last post was September
2007. Waz up with that? Given the lousy state of VP in the Colorado
casinos I see, we need to help each other out by keeping the
communication flowing.
I'll start by volunteering that there are 4 25-cent 9/6 JOB
machines at the Station in Blackhawk. Enter the casino and go all
the way toward the bar at the back. They are on the right,
perpendicular to the DB machines. The best I found at Century in
Central City was 8/5, but they are offering 3X points on VP through
March. But Cent. is on my s-list for having stopping sending me
bounce-back cash coupons. Whereas Station is very good/consistent,
however Station messed up big time last Tuesday with a 12+ hour
computer outage that was POORLY communicated to players. No points
accumulated, despite what the booth girl said. And no tickets
printed - everything was a hand-pay. 20 min wait for my $20. If you
are 50+, you have to ASK for double points on Fridays or whatever
the 50+ club day is. It's not automatic. Still and all, Station gets
my vote because they at least offer a decent 25 cent game.
