Its best to report to the health department. In Las Vegas, that department
is quite vigilant, but they can't do their job without the public's help.

I reported two things recently to the Clark County Health Dept and they
acted very promptly. King Ranch Market suddenly stopped putting pull dates on
their inhouse baked goods. I fired off an email to CCHD and they nailed'em.
Walmart gave me a luke warm turkey drumstick from the hot case. CCHD inspected
and found no violations. In the follow up CCHD told me all the Walmarts in Vegas
have central computer control for their hot food cases. But that doesn't
make their fried chicken better than the worst I've ever tasted.
A third problem, I got the runs from the Mexican cafe at Fiesta Henderson
[bad cheese maybe] I decided to just fix it myself by eating two raw garlic
cloves and drinking a quarter glass of water with as much Cayenne pepper as I
could stand. Bingo, everything got solid.
