It looks like the Double Bonus choice is 1-1-3-4-5-7-50-100-200-50-800.
There is some irony here. The Bonus you listed should play more like DB
10/7/5, where any 4 card straight or 3 card flush could be the best hold. The
Double Bonus choice could play more like Bonus 8/5, with the diminished straight
and flush payoffs.
