It now looks like most of the people who had the 7* glitch have now been
told they are returned to 7* status. From the posts and email I've gotten,
it appears to be a glitch that occurred primarily (or only) to those who had
Atlantic City as their primary casino. And it seems the glitch occurred
when a wrong mailing list was sent to whatever company sent out the cards
and mailers and brochures, etc., at renewal time. Probably hundreds or more
people were affected.
If you are still in this boat and haven't had your account fixed, you
definitely should contact another host and corporate. If you wanted to go to
the 7* Signature Event in New Orleans and were unable to do so because of the
glitch, you should try to remedy this.
