Re 7* and Diamond Lounges in Las Vegas

First, all hot food in Las Vegas Diamond lounges is apparently gone -
whether you arrive early or late. Also gone - sandwiches.

If anyone else writes Mr. Loveman, please post his reply when you ask why is
the hot food and sandwiches gone from all Vegas properties, just in Atlantic
City, mini-buffets continue in their Diamond lounges and the 7* lounge
continues.

His answer regarding the elimination of the 7* Diamond lounge to provide
more high-end gaming areas doesn't really jib with the fact that at the same
time Diamond food service goes way downhill in all Vegas properties. Also, it
would seem to me to make more sense, if that were really what were going on,
to at least convert Caesars lounge in the Baccarat area into a 7* facility for
example, or turn it into more gaming.

As it is, that area still seems to have some fruit, sandwiches, and congee,
and is aimed at Asian gamblers.

I suggest that other Diamond and 7* members who frequent Vegas continue to
write to Mr. Loveman, as well as contact your hosts and the Total Rewards club
to express your displeasure.

Thanks, but I think I will be voting with my feet rather than contacting Loveman. $5 jacks with no theo is a bit much for me anyway.

I will drink myself into a stupor in the Diamond Lounges between now and next April though!

Exactly. Unless you're simply staying in a HET LV property or popping
in for a drink I can't figure out why any knowledgeable player would
even waste his/her time stepping foot inside one of Harrahs LV
properties….let alone actually play.
