"be sued for libel" really?
How come they don't sue when they see the Top 10 Best Of surveys or
ratings, if they know for sure or think that they should be in the
Top 10 Best of something?
If the magazine articles says something like "according to a
poll/survey... or approximately 5,000 people voted ..... " and the
following are on the top of the list for "Worst" categories.
How do they come out with the "Top 10" or "Best Video Poker"
category? I'm sure the magazine(s) didn't make them up...

They could also be sued for libel. Of course, if you want to go to
court, you could try to prove they were really the worst.

Could I nominate the Harrah's Prairie Band Casino as the smokiest
casino outside Nevada? Several people, including me, have resorted
to
masks. It also helps at the bar because they no longer ask me every
15 minutes if I want a drink. "No, I will get up and walk to the
beverage dispenser and get my own." They do still have annoyingly
good service.
