I used to work on back then those commerical video games like pacman etc.
There is always micro switchs in that you can change the difficultiy of any
game by simply changing the switchs. So lets say you change it to a
beginners level or even the most difficult and you throw in the RNG for that
particular setting, then that would change each settings according to how much or
less the game put out. So the RNG for each game is determined by the difficulty
setting. So for the tournament settings, it set to easy, so RNG will spit
out a lot of winning hands or VP or slots.
