Rampart Restricts Some VP Players

I have not personally seen this Rampart Casino letter, but most of the places where I have been restricted don't give us a reason. If they do, its something vague like "this is a business decision".

Rampart Casino has invalidated cards of some vp players. They also sent out a letter informing these players. Don't know the reasons, maybe just the usual won too much, played too much on the good machines, etc.
