The website mentions that you can get up to $100 instantly and then says afterwards that you will earn $5 per 400 points ( instead of the usual $1) and then you will receive your money instantly.
That's not quite how it works. If you earn your points at noon , they aren't available until midnight. So, in both cases, Rampart's use of the word instantly isn't really instantly.
I don't think they are intentionally being misleading but their website certainly shows the promotion as more favorable than it really is.
