The Rampart locals monthly mailers that we have
received contain four cash coupons and one food
coupon. Per the slot club, the amount is based on your
theo for the three months ended on the 15th. Daily
average doesn't seem to be a factor.
So the February mailer will be based on your theo for
the three months ended 1/15.
