I was at Rampart yesterday morning and noted the '100%' machines were all
'out of order.' I had my concerns and later they proved right as the ones
I checked now had DB 9-7, not 10-7.

Which machines are you talking about? The ( 8 ) ones near the Spa are still 10/7 ( DB ). I checked every machine. It is true that they slowed them down.
