Their promo material clearly stated no sr day on the 18th. Not sure of the rationale but it was planned.
I t was due to a pre-scheduled computer upgrade. There was no conspiracy and no need to call them out as done by the person that started this thread.

There is no need to infer nefarious purpose when there is
plenty of documentation about their deliberate and repeated
attempts to mislead their customers. Just check Rampart’s
history of inflating the stated value of their monthly drawings
and their penchant for excluding knowledgeable players from
slot club benefits.

A few years ago, I had over $200 in points on my card and went too
long without playing, so they deleted them. I asked Rich Cisan if
he'd reinstate them and he told me he would if I played to my old
level for a year, which I did. He reneged.
