In today's economy, you would think they wouldn't want to alienate ANY
customer. Is this the way to treat a very loyal player?

I told them at the players' club desk today that if they were moving to
8x$5 with visits required each time, instead of the $80-100 I've been getting
monthly they would be losing a customer. Absolutely. I was told they are
collecting comments and would add mine. I suspect I will be playing
elsewhere as of very soon.
