I was thinking of sending Rich Cisan an e-mail, but I can't find a e-mail
address for him. Does anyone know it?
Also. all the employees I talked to last night said I should talk to Rich
Cisan. I guess we will never know "who" the higher-ups really are.

polite, but told me a lot of people had substantial increases in their
mailers (no one I've talked to!), but told me he was getting lots of
complaints. He said they were "re-evaluating" the mailings, and perhaps
they would return to "normal" in the future. He also said that he was not
personally responsible for this, but "higher-ups.personally responsible for
him, his phone # is 507-5923.
It's really pitiful that they dropped Jimmie altogether from the monthly
mailings. I know he's in there all the time!
