Rampart and Suncoast Room Comp

What kind of play is needed to get a room comp at Rampart/Marriott. Or
are they not connected?

I use to stay and play at Suncoast years ago and would like to go
back. We stopped in on an April trip, got new cards (we were still in
the computer) and played for 4 hours. After getting home I sent Donna
Sinclair an e-mail asking for casino rate and to review play for a
comp room for an Aug. trip and got no response after 7 days, so I sent
it again and copied the other host J. Surano and nearly another week
has gone by with no response. Any suggestions? Are they not
interested in out of town guests anymore?

Thanks,
Dick in Florida

My experience is a bit dated but at that time, the Rampart wanted $18,000 coin-in per day to comp a room.

Recently I stayed at the Gold Coast and even though food and room were comped at the end of my stay, subsequent emails to hosts and phone calls at the Gold Coast have been ignored about a possible future return visit.

It is possible that they changes their email systems and.or email addresses. It they didn't delete the previous system completely, your original emails might bounce. There are also hosts that can't find they computer keyboard even if they were sitting on it.
