It's a turn key, three or four touchscreen process. IGT could have

I claim no knowledge of the machines' working, at the technician level. I am
simply reporting what the tech told me. The point was they could not figure
it out on their own, and they could not immediately get an IGT tech on the
phone. That is what the Rainbow tech told me. Beyond that, I make no
assumptions.

Thanks for the pungent thought, Brian. You know, I think the AC guys
are right about the Vegas guys, but that's for another day.

Thanks for the thinly veiled insult. You've come to the wrong window, try
across the hall.

Generalizations, while sometimes interesting and entertaining, are often
false. Better to deal with facts and specificity.

To find the right screen is simple if you start from the right place.
There are 2 ways to get into the menu system. Using the key from
outside permits certain adjustments but not to games. To change those
you open the machine, press the white button and voila -- the menu
for game selection is obvious.

Those idiots probably only used the external menu. What a world!!!!

By the way, I'm not a tech, the only reason I know this is because
you drill down the same menus to adjust speed and after watching one
time I could do it in my sleep.
