I recieved a mailer from Rail City that said just bring the enclosed
coupon to the City Express booth to be redeemed for your free offer.
There was no coupon enclosed. This is my first offer from them so I
have no idea about the value of the missing coupon. What's interesting
is that when I got the letter it was taped shut and looked like it had
already been opened. I think someone opened my letter removed the
coupon and then taped it back shut. They would have been better off to
just destroy the letter instead of letting me recieve proof that my
coupon was missing.

Oh wait, looking at the envelope you can tell that the glue has never
been moistened, so much for my tampered letter theory. Anyone get
mailings from them? Is the letter itself the coupon perhaps?
