As a Bob Dancer article stated a few months ago, if you are going to
hit the promo bonus anyway, don't change strategy.
FYI, I plugged a DB game into a now defunct Strat game on Winpoker.
Paytable: 1,1,3,5,7,10,50,80,(180,320),50,800. Aces without or with
face card kicker.
To my surprise the only strategy change found is the A,A,@,@,*...like
A,A,7,7,3. EV pair of Aces-9.6130, two pair-8.8298.
It appears Ace, face card...still save the Ace only. This would have
gone against my intuitive thinking.
