The Golden Phoenix has done a lot of changes on the casino floor, and
it looks like a lot of the full pay machines have been removed. I did
find 4 of the old, slow 25c 9/6 JoB draw pocker machines with 4700 coin
RF in the NE corner, right near the parking garage entrance.
Harrah's now has a Starbucks outside Cafe Napa, where the keno lounge
used to be. Confirmed the 2 $1 PE are gone, just empty space now.
