I don't know the ER for 9/5 DDB Quick Quads playing correct strategy but the returns mentioned in this article may give you an idea:

I know many of you enjoy this game, but I have a logical reason for
avoiding it.

Basically, the Quick Quad feature doesn't help you in getting four
aces, which is the highest paying quad in mnay games. It also can't
help you with four 2's unless you get the rare combination of 2-2-2-A-
A which I suppose would qualify. I did get 4-4-4 and drew the 3 with
an ace ONCE. But obviously kickers can't enter into a quick quad
equation payout.

Therefore, it is hard to see why a person would be interested in 9-5
DDB, an already brutal game, when the Quick Quad feature is useless
in forming the higher paying, i.e. kicker hands. I also wish you
could form quads for face cards, i.e. K-K-K-7-3 which would make the
game more exciting and playable.

Perhaps a more useful analysis is to discuss which VP game provides
the best return among available Quick Quad options.
