Questions about non-smoking casinos

"The right to swing my fist ends where the other man's nose begins."
- Oliver Wendell Holmes (1841-1935)
This applies to smokers I would think.
Smokers should be appreciated except when it affects one directly. They pay stiff taxes.
Their shortened life helps less long term care and resources.

Harrahs Rincon in Laughlin has one side of the casino entirely non smoking. I wonder how
they do compared to the other smoking side? It always seems crowded to me.

I remember the Silver Slipper in Las Vegas went entirely non smoking. I cannot remember
if they had good games or not but the customer patronage was not good. They went out
of business but may have been for other reasons because they could have switched back
to smoking if that was the cause.

Restaurants in California said they would lose customers from non smoking ban. I don't
see it.

Airports and airlines ban smoking except designated areas. Smokers quit flying?

Casinos love smokers because their brain cells do not function as well and reflected in
their play. Same thing for alcohol.

Mickey is too smart to keep smoking so it will be interesting to find out why and how story
when he eventually quits.

It wasn't the Silver Slipper that went non-smoking and then out of business.

It was the Silver City.

Silver City did go back to smoking just before they closed. But the
smoking issue didn't really matter there. They were just a dying
little hole in the wall casino.
