Question Re NYNY VP

According to VPFree2 database 8 GKings with some 99% games were recently installed in NYNY. Next to their listing is the comment " no comps". I can't find the posting in re to no comps either in the database "Comments" or a VPFree posting. Can someone enlighten me as to this "no comp"policy on these machines ?

Was there in Oct.
The machines do not accept players cards. No slots and a sign says no comps.
They are by the taxi entrance.

These machines do not have a place to insert players card. So no points, no comps
