  Is it possible to " set " a dollar 50 play or 100 play JOB to just play one 5 coin FP line ?

it depends on the meaning of the word "set."

play one line only on a 50 line machine? sure. you can specify the number of hands you want to play, from 1 to 50.

set it and forget it?

not really.

if you're used to playing several hundred hands per hour, it can be quite easy to mistakenly hit "bet max," rather than "deal/draw," which will immediately take you back up to the full 50 hands.

it can be a costly mistake (or an accidental delight if you happen to get a dealt pat hand).
