Question.. can the bet affect the cards you are given?

The actual push of the deal button or max bet button stops the random
number generator. If betting a different amount changes the time that play
is started it would change the result as the RNG is constantly running.
This is obviously fair. One thing that is common is that multi-denomination
machines may have one pay table at nickels, another one at dimes and still
a third at quarters. Usually the higher the denomination the better the pay
table but Resort's East Chicago actually has a bank of $1/$2 where the $1
games are better than the $2 games.

Subject: [vpFREE] Question.. can the bet affect the cards you are given?

During my first visit to the Bellagio high slot room, waiting for a hand

pay

for 4 deuces at minimum bet of $10, but a nice $2,000 surprise, I

mentioned

to the attendant that earlier I had hit a RF on a 3 play machine that I

was

playing at minimum bet of $3 dollars versus $15. While paying I thought

the

odds of that happening and being disappointed were too slim to worry

about. He

told me that if I had been playing maximum bet I might not have gotten

the

ยทยทยท

RF.
And a young man I know told me that some machines can be arranged for
different payback averages according to the bet.
Can this be true? I have never heard it mentioned in here.
