Hi China, as was pointed out, GVR = Green Valley Ranch.
As far as your other question goes, I'm not sure. I believed that gifts are conditional on getting a post card, but we didn't get a post card from Red Rock. Since we did not try to pick up two gifts from the same account at two separate properties on the same day, I can't answer. Sorry.
