I've long ago given-up hope for good/decent paytables on The Strip. If I can get something less than atrocious coupled with a fun casino, OK comps, and a good hotel, I'm satisfied.
Wow, looking at that last sentence on the screen is actually pretty depressing. The last 2-3 times I went to Vegas I found myself playing table games far more frequently than VP due to the unplayable return rates on the VP.

Subject: [vpFREE] Re: Question about Monte Carlo
The VP is very dismal at Monte Carlo. Not worth playing. As for MLife, I cant remember the figures, but its difficult to earn points on VP.

The missus and I may be headed to Vegas for her work this fall. Her meetings are at the Monte Carlo, so we will probably stay there if we go. I've never been in the joint. What's it like? How's the "M Life" program as far as bennies? As a reference point, back when I was able to frequent Vegas once a year my play was sufficient to earn me low-level Diamond status. I imagine my play would be comparable on this trip.
I appreciate any insight/guidance/advice.
