I've never seen Quick Quads in Reno before but lo and behold, TJ has one QQ slant top east of the end of the bank of tv screens above the bar. 5/10/20/25 cent. 3/5 play. What they call Triple Play looks to be 9/6 JOB. 8/5 BP. Also DB, DDB, and TDB but I didn't get the paytables on those.
I haven't been to TJ in a long time but they've expanded and have quite a variety of slots and vp - I saw several wheel poker and spin poker games. It's a small locals casino with no hotel; has a coffee shop-type of restaurant with decent food, regular bar and a sports bar.

Even 8/5 BP in the QQ format, returns approximately 99.55, a
fraction of a percent higher than REGULAR five coin 9/6 JOB
W/O the QQ option.
Not a bad play if your bankroll can stand the variance!
